Jordan (Jordie) was fortunate to be brought up in a trades-focused family, which laid the foundation for his construction career. Under the wing of his father who owned an excavating company in Langley, Jordan learned from a young age how to work efficiently, how to do things right (the first time), and, above all else, the importance of being honest and having integrity in all that he does.

After playing college baseball and receiving his Business Degree, Jordan started working for a small geothermal company doing gas and sheet metal installations. This is where he discovering his passion for pipefitting, which, ultimately, led him to the plumbing trade.  In 2007, he was fortunate to get hired by one of the most reputable Plumbing and Gas Fitting companies in the Fraser Valley, which specialized in new construction projects. Because of their attention to detail, efficiency, and knowledge of the plumbing/gas code, he blossomed as an installer and worked his way up to running jobsites, as well as training new hires. He went from installing cast iron plumbing in apartment buildings, to installing residential plumbing in multiple single-family spec home construction projects, to installing plumbing in multiple townhouse complex developments.

After starting a family, Jordan then started Deglan Mechanical in 2015. In his first five years of business Jordan did new homes (spec and custom), renovations, commercial tenant improvements, service plumbing, septic systems, and even some excavating.

Finally, in 2020, Jordan and his family moved to Kelowna and haven’t looked back. He is thankful for the business relationships and friendships he has built in Kelowna and looks forward to continuing to foster those relationships, as well as build new ones. Jordan is proud to bring value, honesty, and high standards of workmanship to every job he does and every client he serves.
